An energy efficient and environmentally safe system includes HPC compressors, management control systems, dryers, filters, receivers, condensate drains and oil/water separators are installed, commissioned and maintained in accordance with industry regulations. A combination of KAESER compressors, refrigerant or desiccant dryer and a series of external filters remove potentially harmful contaminants such as water, oil and dirt providing air to ISO quality standards. Air Towers
HPC Airtowers incorporate a Kaeser rotary screw compressor with the energy saving SIGMA profile and a refrigerant air dryer. Modular in design, the compressor is mounted directly above the dryer. The units require minimal floor space and are therefore ideal for factories, workshops and body shops where space is at a premium.

Piston Compressors

Air Treatment
Clean, dry, quality compressed air is essential to ensure trouble free operation of a compressed air system and air operated equipment. Refrigerant dryers cool compressed air to a pressure dewpoint of 3degC which is lower than anywhere else in the system, this results in condensation taking place only in the dryer.
